Recently I was told that Hirokazu Kanazawa Kancho (10th Dan), who is the President, Founder and Chief Instructor of SHOTOKAN KARATE 
We offer our deepest respect and congratulations to Kanazawa Kancho, & to our friends in the SKIF. Here are couple of classic pictures from 'Best Karate' of his exhibition match with my late teacher Asai Tetsuhiko Sensei. The bout was refereed by their mutual teacher, Masatoshi Nakayama Sensei.
