from my Asai-ha Shotokan seminar over the weekend in Poulton-le-Fylde (organised
by Michael Barr Sensei and hosted by IJKA Blackpool and Wyre). A big "OSU" to all of the karateka who attended.
Upon returning to New Zealand several reports will be posted
