For those wanting to start karate, I highly recommend Marcel Sensei and his dojo. Not only technique, but a great community of good people!

In Sum, a big thanks to Marcel Bieber Sensei, Martin, and all those in the Vohenstrauß Dojo who made the seminar a success (including those at the door and in the kitchen); also, to Oliver, and all of the seminar participants who demonstrated great focus and enthusiasm to learn, and wonderful hearts.
