As you will probably know, in August of this year, I gave my third Karate-Do seminar in Venice, Italy. My first two seminars were in 2010 and 2012 respectively.

Some people may be critical of the form of punching in kiba dachi.... But actually, we did 'quite a few punches' (just a couple...) to test our spirits. Great memory!!!
